He's about as graceful as you are svelte AMIRITE ;) ;) ;)

In all seriousness though, I wonder if there is a link between the iodine tabs they were pumping people with post-Chernobyl and thyroid disorders  not that I'm asking for any personal details of course merc, just sounding things out ;) at least you're taking an active course against something you can't help, rather than some of these landwhales that do drokk all about something they can help.

The 'fat or not' issue is clouded by statistics. Everyone goes on about BMI and forgets that by this scale, most decent rugby players would be classed obese. On this basis, my son is technically obese and I'm not. He's not fat: I'm carrying useless weight.

I realise that admitting to my wobbliness might count against me for the next question: but is there anyone out there who can make me pregnant so that I can give up smoking? I'll share the government hand-out, of course.

Interesting rant - and a good point raised. The Govt are considering a fine for drivers smoking in their vehicle with children present. On that theory surely pregnant mothers should be fined for smoking rather than giving an incentive of gift vouchers? Sounds like another hair brained scheme!

Or we nicotine addicts should be paid for not smoking when kids are in the car?

There's a contradiction here.
You're offering, yet you say "Hope for the best"?
