Deffo go through insurance on that! Thats so clearly not where you've hit her, I don't think that sort of impact I. That spot would even be possible if you went into the back of her

If that was on a roundabout, she will argue that Lewis cut into the path of her car. A detailed description of the accident will help.

Right, here goes...

4 lanes, im in(from left to right) the 2nd lane, so shes in the first lane (inside lane) Which was the ONLY lane to go up the slip road. I pulled off from the lights, to go round, Still in my lane at this point.... and then WHACK, BMW in my side... at this point im very confused as to where she appeared from, and ive swerved into the lane on my right, so she does no further damage. My friend from behind said she CLEARLY come accross from her lane to mine.

The reason i didnt ring the police was because she was civil enough about it to not ring them, and my friends were behind to witness it. Ill be very frustrated if it goes 50/50

Sadly Incednets on roundabouts tend to go 50/50.

Make sure you let your insurance know that you were proceeding in your lane when hit.

Depending on who your insured with, your claim could be passed to a claims company meaning if it goes 50/50 you will have a no fault claim with your insurance company.

best you can do is supply them with details of your witness. dont tell them you know them. they will probably dismiss them if you do.

as said on roundabouts its hard to determine fault
