But let's not forget we've seen this before, an apology was given and then it happened all over again.

I agree everybody should get a second chance. He had his as far as im concerned and nothIng changed. Not happy with trying to ruin robs business he then had a go at mine. I have voted no but im quite willing to accept what the majority vote for.there are other things to do of an evening I also have facebook twitter prelude power piston heads and british rally forum. In fact fukk it I think I may buy a civic and put a h22 in that.

i never had an issue with the guy at all, yes he was a gentleman's sausage to others. but not me.

I've had a number of fallouts with Newkid in the past and each time I gave him the benefit of the doubt and forgave him after he apologised, only to fallout with him again a week or so later. I bit my tongue on numerous occasions with him as well. I just feel the forum had constant tension in the air when he was about. I can't think of anyone else who's caused such problems on this or any past forums. He was petty and childish, negative and argumentative and as Donald stated this isn't the first time he's come crawling back and I say he's burnt all his bridges. This forum is back to being a happy place, why risk it?

This sums up exactly what my thoughts are. He apologized to me, then a few days later had another go, then apologized, then kicked off again.

He's had more than one chance already, he pissed too many people off and the forum is a better place now.

I'm all for 2nd chances, sometimes 3rds.....he's already had more than that.

I honestly don't hold anything against him now, but feel he'll go back to his old ways, start arguing with people again, and he'll get banned again.

For these reason, I vote no.

Well instead of just saying no don't vote. If you gave the "community" their opportunity instead of the small group of people that are going to be biased vote the that's not exactly the point of a "community" is it.

kind of agree but disagree; those who had an issue will vote no, those who didnt will vote yes, i hop that those who didnt encounter him will abstain as they can really have no opinion on the matter.

Can you add a no opinion box then for us people that don't know. That way you can tell the true vote. After all its a community!

I am abstaining in this vote. My reasons are I know it caused a bloody great upset but I missed it so everything I know is second hand. Those that were hurt,upset or in anyway disadvantaged I think should have the final word on this. As a Mod I enjoy banter and silliness on this forum which on the whole is a happy and helpful place and long may it remain so I will not tolerate spite and unpleasentness. I notice voting is close at the moment but remember it is you opinion that is being asked for to help Kawa decide. The decision he makes will have my 100% backing and I hope the entire forums as well.

I just hope that LG does not have to go through this debacle again!

If you don't know what has happened IMO refrain from voting.

If we give you the skinny then you're only getting our story, not his too. That is unfair. I'm not being a gentleman's sausage, I just think the only way you will get a true vote is from those that saw it first hand and not you making your mind up from second hand information.
