It was mother’s day and my dad’s birthday so decided to make something good in the house. I’ve started a blog on Instagram as I love cooking and eating. If you’re on insta then follow me if you love to see food related posts. This one was Tandoori chicken.

Well I went to a flea-market not far from here, and proceeded to get myself down and dirty in the 'scratch and dent' area of the hall. After some feisty haggling I nabbed these three acrylic belters.

I was told that someone on FB posted that he was going to show his 4-door Teg this evening. I've only ever seen one at a time, so we thought we'd take ours along to see if we could get a picture of 2 together. We didn't find him, or his car.

Instead, drizzly Beaconsfield and a car park of revvy Fiestas and similar doodoo. We went home.
Meanwhile, the lad and his mates went on to Milton Keynes to another show. He's having a good time; I'm writing this.

Sorry this is late as it all happened last Sunday. However, my laptop and wireless connection have been on the fritz all week.
So last Sunday I drove to Singapore on a twice delayed pork run.
Here's me waiting at the Singapore border crossing. (Large sign saying "Strictly No Photography" and bloke with gun hidden behind the VW ahead of me)
Image
Did all my bits and pieces in lovely Singapore, then head back.
The notoriously slow Malaysian border crossing on the way back 'oop North.
Image
After crossing through I head for the petrol station to fill up. I notice my wipers weren't parked properly, so I gave them a flick. The result of that 'flick'
Image
Well that's not good. Wipers stuck in that position, although a call to Jason helped me at least hear that a motor was whirring.
Image
Well, there was no point sitting there moaning about it. I had to press on.
Image
And that, ladies and gentlemen, was my view out for the next 300 kms. Horrendous rain more or less all the way back. A nightmare trip.

Not good, Simon.

Is something jammed in there, or has the linkage separated?
