Banter goes here, and doesn't have to be Lude related

I've always liked these:

But my euromillions garage would have to have one of these:

Different, and definitely marmite, is the UAZ. I'd love to have one.

Yes to the Amazon and (judging by what it can apparently do!) yes to the UAZ - looks fantastic! That Beemer (507?) has always left me cold, though. Why the BMW?

Talking Volvo's and "one day" projects, I'd also love a P1800... with a T5 engine/trans, plus brakes/suspension as appropriate.... can't imagine getting bored of that one...

Don't know if these cars are classed as marmite but I secretly like these:

Nissan Figaro

I have some others as well but can't think at the moment. :?

I have always wanted a Figaro, even though they're very girly and I usually hate girly cars! I like them in the steely grey colour, or the eggshell teal. They really hold their value though, and manuals are few and far between. I remember reading ages ago that when they were released they were so popular, but so limited, that everyone who wanted one had to enter like a 'lottery' that was picked at random to choose who would get the chance to buy one!

Because
a) I like the looks, especially with aero screens
Image

b) with near enough 100bhp/tonne it's one of the few 1930s classics that can hold its own in modern traffic

c) it (particularly the engine) led directly to another all-time great
Image

It's a 328, by the way.
The 507 was post-war and another rare supercar of its day.

Of course it's a 328! And of course that's a 507! (My brain does this sometimes :? )

Can't knock a preference for the looks. I had no idea of any connection with the Bristol... Wikipedia has just educated me about the engine as you said... the looks obviously a little too. Cheers.

All good 8-)
