Thats gonna be flywheel rat

I suppose the only way to find out if it whp or fly is to ask the tuner you couldn't tell by the printout :?

flywheel bhp is a number quoted before transmission losses so could be less about 30bhp by the time it hits the road

All standard figures are quoted as flywheel and the machine will calculate it at that. So your 35 bhp up on standard.
Thats a good gain in my book. Turbo is the cheapest way to big power but the consequences with big power is reliability.
The pickup is going turbo eventually, low blow and reliability to go with it then. Thats where I based my figures on for my guesstimate. Ill be more than happy wirh 230bhp for my scrapyard £200 conversion.
