Engine will be fine im sure.
When i got it from Cebul i heard it running from cold after not being started for ages and in -10 conditions. It ran perfect, no smoke, smooooooth and warmed up fine. Also Cebul drove it when he bought it and noticed nothing. Im sure Rich is just OCD and just warned me of potential fails so i dont get disappointing with the service.

So Perphormanse Ortowerks FTMFW
Rich is a bit special and he managed to get the engine sorted and i picked it up on Saturday morning.
The list included
- FULL engine service inc belts and ALL fluids etc
- ATR Clutch with my Fidanza fly and gearbox and ATTS etc and all fluids.
- ATR front brakes, hel hoses, pads and discs etc all round.
- Lower it more as one coilover was stuck.
Major problems were scoring on the new engines cams which was sorted with the old cams and rockers from the broken engine.
The dials would do anything. After alot of gayness i got a new alternator and was an issue with the KPH to MPH converter wiring.
Knock sensor......was a ball ache in the Type S. Zorst, driveshafts, ATTS all removed just to change the knock sensor.
Car is sweet now. Very quick and the engine is super smooth. ATTS is TEH SEX!
Iv had the engine check and ATTS light come on once.
I got a call from Rich today with news on whats happened to the old engine and lets say its a good job i bought a new engine.
The head has taken a bit of a hammering but with work it cam be ok, Mahle pistons are scoured and rich personally wouldnt use them but its up to the buyer so these will be for sale for cheapness.
Piston 4 big end is no longer there and piston 3 crank area is oval shaped. Reground cranks FTL.
Engine block is scrap and need some serious machine work and sleeved to work.
