I would but I just don't believe that democracy exists (plus the skynet issue).

I signed it with my old mobile number. What's the worst that could happen :lol:

Would be nice if 25 year old and over cars became tax exempt, although I doubt it will happen as I'm sure the chancellor won't want to lose precious revenue!!

It's badly worded and it won't happen, but obviously agree with it so signed up :D

Not all cars built after 1973 can be classics, surely? Many of them are verging on the dangerous in today's road conditions.
A better petition might be to have everybody pay - as long as the "road fund licence" is spent on the roads. Even spending the tax on transport as a whole would be a win.
