I really do like how fresh this site is. Really well done admins and people who helped create it.

So would this play along side PUK. Or would it eventually take over as the main forum?

I kinda feel bad for Mataos as we are all children of his original forum and now we are leaving the nest i'd hate to think we were taking anything away from him as it because of him we are here

I agree, however one day and probably one day soon PUK could just cease due to forumup's lack of everything basically.

Wouldnt that ruffle a few feathers? Since there was a bit of resistance to the idea of PUK moving before?

sometimes a few feathers have to be ruffled to provide a better experience for the rest of the users. those who oppose can just bloody well stay there on their own

Is there a post explaining how this place is going to work? Ie who is head admin (Kawa?), who pays for the hosting, will the site need donations to keep it rolling etc....

Here's the lowdown, the skinny, the what's going on thing:

Kawa is running the site on his servers. It's currently sitting there in space he pays for anyway, and at the moment at least, he's not looking for any money towards it. As he has access to the software and the servers, we can make changes as required, and things that annoy us can be fixed. Hence the suggestion box.

He has though, you will have noticed, added a 'donate' option. This cash would go towards things for the club - in the same way that PUK clubbed together for a mansion etc.

Hope that makes sense, sure Kawa will correct me if I got any of it wrong.
