Anyone know anything about them? Apparently I will be up against a stock one in SLS but have no idea what they are like

I think the info is wrong as the R version of the Caymen has 325BHP, in your class it has to be a max of 225BHP per ton. The R weighs in at 1.27tons so you ain't up against an R. More likely to be a standard Caymen which are around 285BHP and are heavier than the R. Never been in a Caymen or raced one

but I think it is doubtful it is the R you are up against. If it is you may need to show them the rule book!
Maybe they are carrying extra weight?

It is based on wheel HP so if the Caymen R has 325 it has around 276 at the wheels (or will it be less being a RWD?) and being a Porker it should be around 1350kg with driver I estimate

I wonder I Porsche publish that figure as a dry weight? Could it be closer to 1400kg?
I reckon I will be approx 1220kg all in (car + fluids + cage + driver)

That was the 3.4L. There were also 2.9L and 2.7L versions with 261 and 271 bhp respectively.

Am I thinking of the standard?

Ah wheel HP, yes that'll make a difference
In the class where are you coming in with regards power per tonne?

I am currently estimating 197 whp/T but that is a total guess TBH
270bhp / 240whp / 1220kg

Only thing I know about Cayman's is I think they look good from the back
Hopefully you won't get to experience that though, because he'll be too busy looking at the back end of your lude!
