Where to get European custom numberplate?

Hi guys this morning on my way to work, i lost my front numberplate again

last time i bought it at japfest but now japfest is miles away

anyone know any website where can you order EU or LV metal plate?

the first one got plastic plates

but the other one might work, i will email them about LV letters
