orig or slight mods.?

so I have the lude nearly ready bit of paint work done valeted (detailed ) new jdm lights to go in ,new discs all round and red stuff pads in, calipers cleaned and painted red, wheels refurbed , carbon fibre trim (orig) fitted ...
only got 34800 miles on it so don't know whether to leave stock and clean or s2000 steering wheel and seats and retrim rear seat to match stereo upgrade etc ...as im only going to use for meets 80% towards stock ...
