Nice!
  • - Their standard closest delivery slot is 07:30 - 18:00 and they "cannot offer a more specific timeslot within these hours of delivery"
    - If you pay extra, they can do 07:30 - 12:00 (but still "cannot offer a more specific timeslot within these hours of delivery")
    - They don't do any deliveries on a Saturday. At all.
You can arrange to collect it from their 'local' depot, but;
  • - Their depot is in a jobby location.
    - If you want to collect on a Saturday, they are only open between 08:00 - 10:00
    - Within the day that you want to collect from them, you have book a one hour timeslot in which you will pick the parcel up!
Nice! Really customer focussed - we won't deliver at times you're likely to be in and we won't be anymore specific than sometime within a 10hr 30min window, but if you want to pick up from us, you'll have to get up early (because we're in a jobby location, we open early and are only open for 2 hours) and YOU THE CUSTOMER have to be very specific, down to an hour about when you will collect YOUR package from us!

WTF?

How does that work then?

drokking parcel companies, they're all completely jobby/inconvenient for home delivery, all of them :evil: Seriously, why aren't there any that do evening and Saturday/Sunday deliveries? Surely they would clean up for consumer deliveries???

I have had run ins with FedEx and Yodel recently. IMO the only courier company that are any good are DPD.

Arses :lol:

I always have problems where they load it on a big lorry and I live on a weight restricted road, yet they don't put a note through to door, phone or anything. They just don't arrive and I have to do the chasing.

If they turn you away, wait in the car until 2 minutes before the hour is up. Be obvious about it.
