spotted an odd 4th gen. anyone identify?

so as i rocked up to one of my storage yards i saw this 4th sat there.

i near didnt recognise it due to the unusual bumper. can anyone identify it? or is it someones home attempt to improve the looks?

not a successful one to be sure
