Can anybody here recommend somewhere I can get a service, big one is due and a) I don't want to pay a fortune and b) want someone who knows what they're doing.
If there isn't anyone to recommend in the boonies, then I would consider a specialist in London.
Thanks in advance.

They're an independent Honda specialist. Ask for Paul. I've used him for years.

Excellent, I can see you look after your car and Hove is handy enough - I can get there in 40 mins.
I've invested in a '99 2.2VTI in silver with 69k on the clock. I've looked at 3 cars in the last week, a green auto for £1000 with no documented history, a black redtop manual (£1600 I think) in some lads drive (filled with other cars) interior trim hanging off, stray wires dangling ! and a silver auto with 75k and history for £1800.
After reading up about the auto boxes, I decided to hold out a bit for a manual, which I went up to Brum to view on Saturday. The car and seller seemed genuine, so I took it off him for £1400 and he filled the tank.
First impressions are that the car feels like new and there was something vaguely familiar about it, which once the penny dropped was it reminded me a bit of an NSX I had the use of for a weekend some years ago.
Thanks Adam
Chris
