Well today, I phoned Honda for a price on the following:
Both front wheel bearings
Coil springs up front
ARB bushes up front
All fitted including VAT, let's guess the price!

its got to be at least 5hours labour in their book time im guessing

Well they quoted:
1.5 hours for EACH bearing, an hour per side on the springs plus an hour for the ARB's!
Everyone so far is above, but one by not an awful lot.

Well it's got to be around £540 for labour. And maybe.. £ 400-500 for parts
