heard about it on the radio today, some guy said he had a bomb on a Qatar flight and the RAF escorted the plane in, wher they flying low?

Some woman (one of the passengers) interviewed on TV this evening...
"Honest to God, I did think there was a bomb on board."
<pause>
"or... a wheel had burst ... and... there was gonna be a fire"

Riiggghhhttt... Quite a broad spectrum of what you thought might have been going on then

Merc he was probably just showboating when he left. On a positive note at least he did not have to blow the airliner to bits over your home!

Now if that happened whilst on approach to JFK etc, on the other hand...
The F35's would catch fire on the ground and the F 22's are not cleared to fly over 20.000 feet
