Graphic card upgrade advice

Hi folks,
I'm hoping somebody more up to date on PC building than me can help - I've decided to get Elite: Dangerous for my PC, however I need a graphics card with at least 1gb of ram on board to meet the min system requirements. I currently have an Nvidia Geforce GTX 460 with 768mb of memory which tbh I haven't found it to struggle with the games I've been playing (Arma II & III basically), but it's old news now and needs to be replaced. However as I don't use my PC much for gaming I don't want to spend mega money, around £100 is what I'm aiming to spend as I'd rather chuck my cash at the cars than video gaming
I know I can get a suitable card for the money, I just want to know what the best card I can get for the money would be... I might be stupid but from looking online today I've not been able to get my head around what's best at that price point
At any rate, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
Cheers,
Josh
