Hey all,

With Japfest looming a month and a half away now, I was wondering whether we could get an LG banner made for the show/s. I had a Prelude UK one printed on the reverse of my wife’s candle banner, from the same place it was around £40 for a 4 x 2 size with ringlets.

Was thinking if people chip in a bit each we could easily get the money up together and I’ll get one printed. Anything you can spare – 50p to £10, whatever. I’ll quite happily throw in a fair bit.

Let me know your thoughts guys and I’ll get the ball rolling. 8)

Cheers,

Rob

I'd be more than willing, but with me likely to have no job end of next week I'll have to hold out for now.

Totally skint at the minute, but I'm sure I can donate a quid or two ;-)

Would it be a case you pay for it up front and we all give you some money at the show? As then that would save on Paypal fees (£1 = 23p wasted on fees! £2 = 27p wasted.)

Unless you gift it to him ;)

Yeah that would have been as a gift, but you'd be paying £1.23 to give Rob £1 or £2.27 to give him £2. Either way Paypal are making a profit when I'd rather give Rob £1.23 or £2.27 ;-)

Try this place - http://www.easierprint-trade.co.uk/basket.aspx. I always use them for my banners - great price and quality. You can get a double sided 4x2' banner delivered for £36.54 or a single sided one for £25.50. If you're in the trade you can apply for trade discount as well. Might bring costs down a little if everyone's a bit skint?

I've only found out recently, but if you link your bank account to it, then when you gift there are no fees at all! I always wondered why people wanted it as a gift, and I always paid the fees because I was nice like that
