No, just No
Basically cuts the spark so it pumps fuel through the exhaust to make flames or something along those lines

What do you want it for? The launch control on my 4G's Hondata S300 does something similar.

Iv got a hondata being fitted soon, can that be programmed to do the same? I do like flames lol

yep

can even assign a switch to go between normal road use and "big ass flame noisy la mode" if you want

oh yes that's what I want mega noise and flames, you have seen the parking by my house, so I want to give them a flame display ha ha

You can tell the Hondata S300 to limit rpm to anything you want, When I have it turned on I have the launch control set to 4K rpm. You can tell the S300 to turn off the limiter at a certain speed, I think my one is some thing like 8mph. Until the car reaches 8mph the S300 will limit revs to 4K and the exhaust will continue to pop and bang.
You can even tell it to slam in more fuel and retard the ignition for extra flames
