Which tyres have u got and why?

Is pure summer tyres better?
Tyres good for wet better?
Or all seasons tyres (just a thought! ;-)

I always buy summer tyres full stop.
But heard wet tyres (tyres with extra grip in wet) is better all rounder also good in winter too i believe!

I buy nankangs cos they're cheap

They're also surprisingly good if you get the NS-2's, certainly can't complain for the money.

Rainsport 3's. Awesome UK road tyres, for obvious reasons. Good in the dry as well.

Yeah Rainsports are awesome. Driving Laura's car in the wet it still feels completely planted, it's like there's no water on the road. I'm sure if you pushed it hard enough they'd let go, but I find that driving at my normal pace there's no noticeable loss in grip with the Rainsports in the wet.

I run 205/45/16 Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's on my Civic.

Awesome in the rain, great in the dry.

supposed to be a summer tyre but I use these all year round (even snow) with absolutely no issues.

Cheers Cutz!

I might try to source a set of 16 or 15" alloys with Rainsport then ...

Rainsport 3's on my 5th gen as well. They deal with just about anything you throw at them. I have Rainsport 2's as my wet set of wheels for the 4th gen.

I have Federal 595 RSR semi slicks on my 4th gen and in the dry, on the road, I cant tell the Rainsport's and Federal's apart in terms of grip as I don't get near to either of their limits.

Have Goodyear Eagle F1s on my 4th gen and they are superb in the dry and wet, even compared to the Michelin's I had before.
