More dumbing down by government dimwits creating a new generation of dangerous drivers. They should be tightening up the test, not making it easier.

the test is a joke anyway you pass or fail based on how the examiner feels

"Under a revised practical exam, learners may also be asked to use a satellite navigation system instead of following road signs."
As long as the word 'also' stays in place! There have been loads of cases where numpties have gone wrong because they've listened to a satnav and not used their eyes on the road.
"Under the other changes being considered, drivers may no longer need to reverse around a corner."
Oh dear.
"But reverse parking - either into a parking bay or parallel parking - would remain as one of the manoeuvres candidates could be asked to perform"
Hooray!

Pass rate in 1935 was 63% compared with 46% in 2009
I wonder how this correlates with the number of female drivers taking the test?
