Sorry No but the Chief of the General Staff, General Sir Nicholas Carter looks a bag of jobby with his hand in his pocket his lapels all over the place and his uniform has not been pressed very well. Poor Show!

I got that impression, too. And the fact he gave the recipient a hug after the ceremony.
