Now in a shipping container bound for foreign climbs, I expect, so chances of recovery very small... (Too distinctive a car to re-sell inside this country I'd say)

Saw this on my Facebook feed. :(

My next door neighbours has a rs2000 escort and whenever he takes it out if his secret lockup he drives round the block a few times to see if anyone is watching or following.

The carburettors smell absolutely wonderfuel. see what did there.

Assholes! Even if it is recovered, it's going to have a massive gouge down the passenger side from moving the Carrera with it as well  :tosser:

It's only a scratch but on well expensive car. I must say they did it well. Very quick
Ofcourse I'm not a fan of this type of actions

If they weren't such muppets, they could have towed the car out from its parking space just a bit more slowly, so at least they didn't scratch it.
But, fuckwits that don't give a jobby about anything, whether it's theirs or someone elses.

The ccar must have some pedigree to be worth that much. back in the day, that would've fetched a premium secondhand, probably fetched 550 quid when 10 years old, rather than 250 quid for its bog standard equivalent. Never had Fords myself, but a couple of mates did, I'd be kicking myself now if I'd've had one of those and sold it for pocket money.

 not even.

Stolen to order hardware. really a bad way to go. I would almost prefer 3 hours ragged around the quarry and set on fire than stripped for parts in a cut and shut. Out with a bang, as it were.

they are remaking the shells so they are not too rare but its been stolen to order and as you rightly say it will be in a container or box wagon on its way abroad now
