What's the rules around taken parts off these cars?
I imagine you find some good gems in there? Wouldn't mind visiting one myself, though I'd probably leave with a trailers worth of parts I think would be useful...

They vary yard to yard. This is still one where you can take parts off yourself.
And yep that is dangerous for the bank balance and storage space

A lot of the ones I visit are still operating the remove the parts yourself policy...which I think is great

Do you need any bits off the h23? Like the engine, so you can let that poor old 623 live!

love it when someone spots interesting finds like these in scrapyards
my local one/s are good for occasional gems, best one (but also the worst) was about 2 years ago a 4g from europe somewhere turned up with a TV in it

... so obviosuly i jumped at the chance of trying to get it but the scrappy owner was a complete gentleman's sausage and insist the lude was untouched for months - then it disappeared one day
