had some one enquire about my prelude & within the first message was asking if i had pay pal, which is fair enough but then went on to say he wanted me to send him my pay pal email and my phone number (he doesn't have my number as its a gumtree add) all this without seeing the car in person. since then the only thing he has asked is if ive created a pay pal account so he can send me the money      what a drokking tool how stupid does he think i am :D

Hello thanks for reply, i am a marine engineer, i am at sea right
now.I am buying this for my son as a surprise gift. However, does it
haveany history I should be aware of? and why are you selling if you
don't mind my asking and I will really appreciate if you can email
more info and if possible more photos. I can only pay through paypal
at the moment as i don't have access to my bank account online(i dont
have internet banking with it), but i have it attached to my paypal
account, and this is why i insisted on using paypal to pay,all i will
need is your paypal email address to make the payment, and if you dont
have a paypal account yet, you can set one it cant take you less than
3mins to do that, i will be expecting your paypal email so l can pay
and your phone number. I have a pick up agent that will come for the
pick up after payment has been sorted, l will be waiting for your
reply asap..

he managed to type this email in less than 30 seconds of me sending him a email

the worst part is its probably not even his account. he's possibly duped someone more gullible than me and is using their email account. thankfully i grew up in luton so am suspicious of everyone 8-)

I just feel sorry for all the genuine marine engineers who only have paypal and need to buy cars as surprise presents for their sons, they must wonder why nobody will sell them a car

He can't have set up his own Paypal account if he thinks it only takes 3 minutes

Should have told him to Paypal the money to his "pickup agent", then they can draw the money out and pay you cash in person ;)

Scum of the earth! Get a job! :x
