Some advice please.

I have a garage that iv had for years, it is part of a total of 10,5 on one side and 5 on the other. I have had it valued, but estate agents want to much money once it sells so is there a other way for me to sell??

(No, seriously. There's a storage category on there and get plenty of wanted and available ads for garages on there).

I wasn't sure if I could sell a garage on gumtree. Do I need a account? Like you do on eBay? Thanks for the tip mate.
