Could someone help explain what the hell a ricer is please. Is it a good thing a bad thing. Should I have slapped the lad that said I was a ricer. Or said thank you I have not got a clue. Thanks

Lol I have never heard this. I wouldn't call myself a chav or a racer to be fair. So gess it is a bad thing
