Whoever bought this car new in Japan and didn't have the lip kit fitted, needs to be shot.

Maybe he/she was broke

Or it did have it fitted but it got taken out in a bump or accident?

I thought it ought to have a kit on !
there is no service history and the cambelt hasn't been done according to the owner me thinks its more like £2k
