Seems the guy I'm getting to do my front windscreen is having trouble getting one, is this common or can they still be gotten? Or will I have to go 2nd hand?
Cheers.

You having it done by a private trader?

I know there expensive new, I paid £80 on insurance but saw it was worth £850

i had the same issue with my bb1 jdm. aparently bronze windscreens are very rare or extremely expensive, never was able to find one and eventually opted for the bluish one. i eventually had enough os autoglass - had the replacement booked 3 times, the first 2 they called me one or 2 hours in advance saying they had a problem with the windscreen, which broke during transport ( higly suspicious...) 3 time they didn't even bother to call to let me know they had the same problem. i found this very strange and called autoglass, and they said that the windscreen broke again... i eventually called national windscreens, got it replaced in their facilities due to rainy weather, can't fauld them they were brilliant.

Also worth remembering that the 5th gen rubber windscreen surround fits on the 4th.. and it's better, in my opinion.
