My baby is having her first MOT in 5 years today, keep your fingers crossed for her guys and gals!
Pretty apprehensive over the emissions and the dubious power steering but only time will tell.

Well she passed the emission test... barely... however 4 majors and a list of minors... going to be a busy few days sorting out this nest of vipers.

Yeah i was fairly happy when I went to pick it up this afternoon, nothing that cant be sorted within 10 days for the retest I think.
001 - Power steering pump drive system missing ( well i did take the belt off ... )
002 - Brake disc seriously weakened both sides rear.
003 - front suspension excessive play in upper ball joint.. nearside front.
A load of advisorys like 'exhaust noisy' .. and sadly 1 of my rear teins has started dribbling a bit apparently.
All in all a fun weekend ahead!
good guess on the brakes by the way

no surprises there though
