How to upload pics from a mobile?

Hey.
I can see there is an IMG thing but im assuming you need a url to place an image on here?

i'm using tapatalk. it allows you to upload picturees straight from phone's gallery

Photobucket mobile app works quite well to, unlike the proper website.
