HELP! (EDIT, all sorted now) anyone near north wales area

Picked up a bb4 to be towed back to Scotland with a solid bar and got 5 mins down the road and the prelude has no breaks at all .. anyone able to help

Im back up in scotland now, had to leave the car in ryhl, in a golf course car park
Its not able to be tow'd at all, so im getting ashot of my brothers truck with an a frame to collect it today maybe

Thanks for all the help guys
All sorted now, the owners of the golf club where I ditched the car were okay with it staying there after the previous owner of the car spoke to them, lucky for me he is a club member !
So went down and got it with a truck and an A-frame.
Home safe and sound now,
