Hey Peeps,

So the Skunk 2 exhaust and was fitted on the weekend and fap me it is loud. Too loud for my liking so im thinking of getting an exhaust bung.

I've seen some on ebay for 20 odd quid so wanted to know if they are a worthwhile investments and will actually reduce the sound of the exhaust.

Yes they will reduce the sound abit. You will defo notice it. Having the cat in will also help quite down the noise.

The cat is out mate and that's contributing to the noise level quite a lot.

So the ebay ones are ok to get?

I say man up and live in vtec.

Yes. Cheap and cheerful will do the job, even if the cheap ones rust or tarnish after a while. Check for metric versus imperial dimensions; even a 100mm in a 4 inch tailpipe looks wrong.
