Garage floor paint

Whats the best paint to put on a garage floor - not for me btw, for my sister (who i will be borrowing her garage to fix up a new lude in there soon i hope

), she wants to get the floor painted that will cure in colder temperatures, and shelves up before i get a car in

When I was in industry, we used to use a make called Coovar, it is available from Brewers and can be bought in a selection of colours. They also do a non slip range which we used to use in the engineering workshop. It's very durable.

Hay bud we use a pealable floor covering in the paint shop. That is like a latex type stuff an is hard wearing. Can also remove when finished fixing car

Don't forget to use Acid-Wash on the floor first or you'll never get all the grease out.
It's also advisable to use a floor sealant prior to putting the paint on, so that the surface doesn't absorb all the paint.

I've been toying with the idea of this for the barn instead of paint. It's nicer to work on and helps keep out the cold.
