Well I'm still getting vibration, but only when accelerating, so it looks like it is the inner cv joint. Probably the left one, I think.

What parts do I need to get please to fix this?

Inner cv joints can be intermittent when the bearings fail, if you had a spare shaft you could just swap the bearings and pack tight with grease.
To many chambers doing tyre balancing these days. Had the same issue myself weights falling of etc. This vibration of the wheels and steering wheel is tricky there is no one answer. Most common are wheel balancing, track rod ends, balljoints, deformed tyre which can be felt at most speeds aswell, bent rim and inner cv joints.

Bare in mind replacing the inner bearings is a tricky handlen, they can only go in one of 2 ways and all 3 need to be lined up correctly, prepare to have the dirtiest hands for a few days. Alternatively swap the full shaft and replace gearbox oil with highly recommended Honda MTF
