Hi guys. I'm looking for any opinions about XXR wheels, model 551 ? I know that price means quality, but maybe someone had them and can say anything about them from experience? .
Many Thanks.

I think they are a decent brand. The impression I get is they're a similar quality to Rotas.

Well, i had rotas before and i've been happy from them but true is, when i crashed my lude, all four wheels been smashed (not fixable at all).
Anyway i still prefere to have worse quality wheel which i will love for design, than good quality which looks awfully on the car.

I'm only interested if not disintegrate during normal driving ???

Maybe someone can say anything about BOLA Wheels ??

Thanks.

I personally wouldn't run XXRs because I'm not a fan of rep wheels.
But quality wise I think they're a pretty decent brand.
BOLA on the other hand I've heard a few BAD stories about them cracking and splitting under normal driving conditions just from stress

That's OK though, as it's mostly Audi drivers that fit Bolas to their cars ;)

Ive got Jr wheels, which are like the xxr's and nothing but positives from them. Still look good, and running well with no problems over a year on and with low profile tyres ive hit a few potholes in that time and they've stood up to it well.

At the end of the day it's a round piece of aluminum. It will get damaged with force and low profile tyres.
I have enkei rpf01 and I rode up a kerb in a corner. Dented the wheel. Bought a new one for £350.

In the van I hit a pothole at 70. Wheels are load rated to 850kg per corner. The tyre got destroyed but the 20s where fine.

I was thinking about jr3, but 9 inch width with 35 off set is probably too big. 8 inches I am not satisfied :(
