im after
skunk 2 valves, stem seals, springs, retainers, pistons, rods.
if anyone knows of any bits that will compliment my engine hit me up

Consider Supertech for valve train components. Go for flat faced valves for higher compression. Honda OEM for stem seals.
What other mods do you have? What cams?

300bhp n/a will take a lot of £££ so make,
@Damon is going for the same bhp aim and has been told what to buy from the lude God of god's Rich at P.A. ...So maybe ask him what he was told what's required.
