After all I said about removing it...........


I put the ac back into the car. Absolutely not worth removing. 13kg is nothing really and I'd rather not have sweaty Betty in the car. I love ac now.

Thanks Ratty, problem I have is I rarely use my a/c as the car spends a lot of time in the garage. I've been informed that if I don't use it the gas can escape and cause cracks, seems like a waste of money to repair it when it breaks if I'm not using it.

Yep the gas can escape - it does that on any car system tbh, but...

I was told it can cause cracks in the expansion valve? But after researching this I can see no evidence of this? :?
