Any structural engineers/architects on the forum?

Hey Hans. I've put the whole thing on hold for a few years. The baby's due in a month, and there was no way I could afford to get the whole job done properly and in time. Apparently there's a lady that will talk my ear off about her loft conversion, so nearer the time I'll see how she went about it.

At the moment I'm in the midst of making the small bedroom nice for baby
