Prelude went for mot and failed

Post by firstlude » Sun Nov 05, 2017 10:12 pm

so the lude went for mot and failed on a nsr binding brake which then also caused a rear brake inbalance , plus advisory information of slight play in a roll bar ball joint and little reserve travel on handbrake , which i am thinking seen as i just put it in with no real pre check aint bad going also its off the road now so i can do the engine swap and a big list of other jobs including fitting of some upgrades to the brakes anyway i am not really that worried least i dont have to get the welder out :D

i have learnt the expensive way about doing pre mot checks seems you end up fitting parts just for the sake of it , always easier i think to just put it in a see how she goes , to give you an idea of what i have planned whilst off the road i have an h22 to go in , jdm climate control , 5th gen sunroof , el dials , upgrade to brakes , front and rear lips , jdm number plate holders front and rear , overhaul abs pump to clear fault and if theres room a flux capacitor
