Post by Curt » Sun Jan 14, 2018 12:07 pm

Hi all, is there anywhere I can take/ send a set of kickplates to be repaired as they have scuffs on them?
Thanks for your time,
Kind regards

You talking about the metal shiny bit or just the plastic trim peice?

Plastic trim - I would just try to find someone breaking their which is in a better condition and swap it over.

Shiny metal bit - try to get some metal polisher and give it some elbow grease.

You could get them professionally repolished (lots of places around that offer that service) but if only minor scratches, worth trying it yourself using metal polish, as Nitin suggested.
Autosol is what most people recommend.

The covers over the inner sills?

Grab an end with each hand... Pull upwards.

Job done!
