Lude Generation

Popped into a roadside eatery on Tuesday when driving back from Cambridge to Norfolk.
I noticed a Guy with an interesting t-shirt on.
It had a Honda Civic design on it.
He then drove up to My Lude in a nice looking Civic Type S 1.8 model.
He came over with His wife and asked about the Lude.
Learned that they are both Honda nuts and the Wife owned a sparkle yellow 5th generation Motegi Manual 2.2 for ten year's
Also owned a DC2 a 3rd Generation Lude and many more Honda's
I would guess they were both in their mid 60s at least so Kudos to them

It's great meeting such dedicated peops

It's great when people randomly approach and show genuine interest/affection for the car

I had a knock on the door one night a couple of years ago from someone asking about my car. He had just moved in over the road temporarily and wanted to leave me his details in case I ever sold the car. He'd been searching for ages for a good 5g and then he moved into a house with mine parked outside. I still have his number in my phone, just in case!
