I'd use paisley freight for fixed large items like that, but there maybe a large price difference

tried them they wouldnt take it size was to big , which i dont get as they say they are car part specialists

I thought you could just choose the option for generic bumper...? They may have changed their plans though

yes car parts are on the list of prohibited by most couriers.
i normally describe parts in a more basic way - ie/ bumper is a plastic panel, camshafts are steel shafts etc

airbags > safety bag

If you call it a 'fender' to get them to accept it but it gets damaged in transit, I'm sure they won't need to honour any liability - just just because you've called it a fender doesn't stop it actually being a bumper and on their prohibited list...

i did try a few others but it seems the size puts them off one even said it would need to be on a pallet cause of its size

,, as for the damage i have taken a gamble there but i did get the bumper at a good price hence my risk on damage , i cant complain about the service so far i booked it sunday afternoon and was pickup by 10 this morning
