I have noticed little teddy's hanging or being dragged from the back of people's cars, i was just curious to know what that is all about?

Its just a stupid thing that people started to do, mainly on lowered cars so the teddys drag on the floor lol, abit like that weird craze that people had with those flowery thingys hanging from their rear view mirrors

ok it would be funny. assuming it wasnt me riding the bike, its suprising how much damage something small and soft can do, i got hit in the face by a bumblebee once while out on my bike, gave me a hyumungus shiner

my fault for going so fast i supose

sounds plausable, were they not orriginally emo dolls that were used for this.
