I would probably lower it on coilovers or springs, add an exhaust, it already has a mugen header. I would probably want to change the wheels on the one Torque GT have as they do not look that great, would rather have the OEM wheels or some better aftermarket ones. I would go with OEM + on this car. I am not into bodykits etc.
In terms of performance, how does it compare to say an Accord Type R and Integra Type R DC5? I have owned both and both have similar bhp to the Type S. I didn't remap either of those.

Its comparable but more torque on the Prelude vs dc5. Dc5 will have close ratio 6 speed in its favour.
Atr will be very comparable but being a lower car and coupe chassis the prelude has the potential to be more dynamic in the corners. And its lighter than an atr.
