So i sold a secondhand fidanza flywheel and exedy clutch on here sent loads of pictures to the buyer of the secondhand clutch and he was ok he sent me payment minus the paypal fees even though it stated in the add to include them and that the parts are all second hand and used.

ha has them for a week now texts me to say the clutch is secondhand and he no longer wants to pay for it wants a partial refund and to keep the parts wont even send the clutch back i have offered a partial refund for the clutch what it would have cost on its own but he is saying he wont return it.

yeah off of here i dont think he has been on long though this is why i hate selling stuff i have now offered to send him back the amount i received from him if he sends it all back to me he seems like a chancer hate dealing with people who arent straight

it isn't down to you to pamper to him m8! i saw the ad and you made it clear it was second hand and it was in good nick
you did all you could and by him buying it he accepted what they were and agreed to the deal. same as selling a car "sold as seen" sold as stated

if he sends the goods back then give him a refund he he doesn't then he has agreed to thier condition and accepted deal so tell him to go jump

he will be sending the stuff back now i will see if it happens like that

Personally, I wouldn't send him a penny until you get the stuff back. I remember seeing the advert, it was clearly listed as used. That's the trouble with doing business over the internet, you don't know who is on the other side of the wire

If you've kept all the messages that you sent him before he agreed to the sale, send them to him again highlighting the relevant parts where you state that it's second-hand and to include Paypal fees etc.

Then tell him to sling his hook!

i know he says he will be returning the stuff now so i will wait and see might have been trying it on

just make sure the stuff you get back is the same as you sent him
have had some muppets do this before to me
you sold in good faith so don't put yourself out of pocket to keep him sweet he would not have got any of this consideration if he had done this on ebay
i was going to have that flywheel off you for my M2B4 change and would have been more than happy to accept the condition of it! as quite a few on here have stated that you are a straight up person to deal with and that if you said it was good, IT WAS GOOD
