Only just found out about this feature on the JDM Preludes..

If you press the auto and off button at the same time with the ignition on, it puts the module into self diagnostic mode, showing numbers that can be read from a table to pinpoint a fault.

I’ve spoken to a Honda technician regarding this feature, and is well known in Honda circles as being Voodoo.
