Clear waterproof glue?

Does anyone know of a waterproof glue that dries clear? I would like it in a decent volume as well, ie more than 100ml, so no little tubes.

Any help would be great. I have been trawling through Ebay.

I used a devcon clear 2 part epoxy resin, that stuff dries clear with no air bubbles.. but i'm not sure how big of a tube you can buy.

What I want it for is to act as a sealer for my bombed wing and other bombed parts. I have tried rattle can clearcoat but its far too fine and doesnt create a decent barrier to protect the stickers.

It lists laminating so yeah, that looks like the stuff you'd want
