There things are terribly inaccurate (you have to invoke Archimedes to be closer) but at BMI 25, I'm just on the borderline of being overweight. But lower than 77% of the fat old bastards in my age range.

The BMI system is an old old method of body fat measuring from like the 20's (ish). When I was 12% body fat my BMI was 24.5 which is borderline overweight ?!?

Rugby players are all obese according to this system.
